Terms and Conditions
Payments can be made online or over the phone using a credit or debit card. There is no charge for payment by credit cards or debit cards. We also accept cheques made payable to A SPEED LTD.
Full payment is required if your holiday is booked within 8 weeks of the start date.
Seven-night holidays booked 8 weeks or more before commencement require a deposit of £200. The full balance is due 8 weeks before the start date. All balances payable will be calculated at the current year’s holiday price at the time of payment.
Short Breaks require full payment at the time of booking.
If you have to cancel your holiday for any reason please inform us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to re-let the property. If we are able to let the property we will refund your payment less a £50 administration charge. If we are unable to re-let the property no refund will be made without prior agreement. We recommend you take out your own holiday insurance.
Please note, the number of people and pets may not exceed those stated at the time of booking.
- Full Comfort Upgrade: Let us spoil you with a large Dorset Edible Goodies Hamper and other delights. Please advise of any food allergies. £100 per couple, payable on booking.
- Pets are welcome to stay at Golden Acre: £25 for one dog, £5 per additional pet; up to 4 dogs per booking (or up to 2 dogs for a one-bedroom property). Please note the numbers of people and dogs may not exceed those stated at the time of booking. Pets welcome at The Fisherman’s Daughter at £25 per dog. For the safety of all our guests we ask that pets are kept on a lead and the park and gardens are kept clean.
All prices from 1st January 2019 include: Linens & Towels (Except Seahorse Bungalows), Utilities, Parking, Wifi, Parking Space. there are two parking spaces provided for our larger Suites.

Grocery deliveries: All major supermarkets deliver to our park, please advise us if your delivery is arriving before your check-in time.
At Golden Acre we ask our guests to please keep the premises, furniture and fittings in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of your holiday. If you find any damage on arrival please report it immediately to our reception. We ask you to leave the premises in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which they were found.
The peaceful village of Eype does not have any street lights so we recommend you bring a torch!

When you use our car park
We only use your Personal Data for the purpose for which it has been collected for, and in particular for the following reasons:
To understand your needs and provide you with a better experience.
To share with the employees of this Service to help with enquiries and respond to your correspondence.
To fulfil and complete bookings made through this Service.
Used for statistical analysis for management purposes to administer, market or improve the Service.
Internal record keeping and administrative purposes to ensure we operate our business in an efficient and effective manner.
Contact you from time to time about promotions, events, products, services or information which we think may be of interest to you (don’t worry we won’t bombard you, we prefer quality over quantity).
You will always have the option not to receive marketing communications from us and we will only contact you if you have given us your consent to do so. You can withdraw your consent or object at any time by contacting us at email@example.com, or in relation to marketing messages you receive, by using the unsubscribe options included in those messages.
We will never share, sell or rent your Personal Data to any third parties.

Your Personal Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of the Service. Any Personal Data submitted through this Service, is stored by the Service host’s secure UK based data centre.
The only exceptions to the periods mentioned above are where:

You exercise your right to have the Personal Data erased (where it applies) and we do not need to hold it in connection with any of the reasons permitted or required under governing law.
Third Party Data Retention:
We use selected third-party companies to provide software that does hold your data. All activities/functions performed by these third parties are under the direct instruction of Golden Acre Holiday Bungalows, and they in turn have their own Privacy Policies.
You have the ‘right to be removed’. If you would like us at anytime to delete your Personal Data we will gladly do so, simply email us at email@example.com and we will delete all the Personal Data we hold about you and anything else that is associated with you. However, please note that if you use any of our services which require you to provide Personal Data, deleting our records may mean that you will need to resubmit it to continue using such services.
External Payment Providers
Our external payment gateway are processed by:

This gateway provide us with online payment platforms that allows us to handle services offered by us.
Our external payment provider complete your purchase, then store your credit card data. Data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All Direct Payment Gateway adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, and other card providers.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your computer’s hard drive.
